Cancellations

Up to 48 hours, will result in a 100% refund.

Up to 24 hours, a 50% refund

Less than 24 hours complete forfeit of the fee.

Amendments

If you make a mistake in the booking, you must get in contact through email within 24 hours notice of the appointment. If this is not done and the appointment can not go ahead as a result the whole fee is still forfeit.

If you inform of illness within 24 hours notice we can reschedule the appointment without loss of fee. However, if you fail to disclose any illness, that may be a contraindication towards completion of a massage treatment, the full fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling for any treatment that is booked is at discretion and may not always be possible. Only two chances of rescheduling will be possible after which fee/voucher will be forfeited.

For PWYC sessions, they will generally not be rescheduled and a voucher may be offered or fee forfeited. This is subject to availability and therapist’s discretion.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers whether bought or won must be redeemed within six months of receipt using the code on the back of the voucher. This is currently the only way to redeem a voucher. They can only be used once and will cover the cost of which ever treatment package was paid for. Any add-ons will need to be paid for separately.
